ORDINANCE: (1st reading) Proposed Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 11, Sec 11-28 Limitation on number of Class BVL Liquor Licenses Pursuant to the provisions of section 3-5-16 of the General Laws, the Town Council hereby limits the maximum number of Class BVL liquor licenses as follows:
OLD - The maximum number of Class BVL (limited) beverage licenses to be issued by the town is fixed at seven (7)
NEW- The maximum number of Class BVL (limited) beverage licenses to be issued by the town is fixed at eight (8)
ORDINANCE (1st reading) Proposed Ordinance Amendment to Chapter 12 Sec. 12-28 Speed Limits (Touisset Point Road)
OLD - Chapter 12- Motor Vehicles and Traffic Sec. 12-28. Speed Limits Vehicles may not travel in excess of ten (10) miles per hour on Bridge Street or on Water Street from Campbell Street south to the intersection of Bridge Street.
Vehicles may not travel in excess of twenty (20) miles per hour on Maple Road.
Vehicles may not travel in excess of twenty-five (25) miles per hour on Touisset Road or Touisset Point Road.

OLD Chapter 8 -Sec. 8-3 Plan Review.
(a) All plans for new construction or alteration of existing structures, whether residential or commercial, requiring a building permit will be reviewed by the Chief of the Warren Fire Department or his designee.
(b) A fee in the amount set forth below shall be paid to the Town of Warren for review by the Warren Fire Chief or his designee:
(i) Residential Plan Review for an Existing Structure .. Additions 1,000 sq/ft or less $ 30.00 Additions 1,000 sq/ft or more . $100.00

Residential Plan Review for New Construction
Single dwelling 5,001 sq/ft or more .. $100.00
Each additional dwelling unit in a multiunit dwelling ..$ 10.00
(iii) Commercial Plan Review 10,000 sq/ft or less $ 250.00 10,001 sq/ft to 49,999 $ 550.00 50,000 sq/ft to 149,999 ..$1,000.00 150,000 sq/ft to 299,999 $1,400.00 300,000 sq/ft or more $2,500.00
